Especially the muscles around the mouth and lips, relax. Make sure your teeth are not clenched together, just relaxed. Relax your jaw, relax all the muscles of your face, now relax your neck, relax the front of your neck, relax the back of your neck. It feels good to relax your shoulders until they are completely relaxed, removing any tension or stress from the shoulders. Now, follow with your arms, your upper arms, elbows, and forearms. Relax your wrists, your palms. Your fingers are relaxed. Imagine your arms and hands getting heavy, limp and limp. Heavy, fluffy and limp, like a ball of wet, freshly washed clothes. Allow yourself to breathe freely and notice that your breath is deeper and more regular than when we first started. Feel your breath, feel the rhythm of your breath.
